Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry, this website stores your name, email, organisation, project details and timing in Francis’s private enquiry dashboard. Francis uses these details to respond and manage the conversation.

When you book a meeting, the website also stores the time, time zone, agenda and booking status. Your private booking link allows you to reschedule or cancel; keep it private. Meeting notes added by Francis are only visible in the owner dashboard.

Your details are not shown on the public website. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. For access, correction or deletion, email contact@francis.co.tz.

Google Calendar

Francis connects his own Google Calendar to this website to schedule meetings. The website reads only the busy and free times of that calendar, so it can hide times he is not available. It never reads the titles or details of his other events.

When a meeting is confirmed, the website creates an event in Francis’s calendar with the meeting type, your name, email, organisation and agenda, adds a Google Meet link and invites you by email through Google. Rescheduling or cancelling through your private booking link moves or removes that event. You do not sign in with Google to book, and the website does not access your Google account.

Data received from Google is used only to provide this scheduling feature. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with anyone else. The Google access token is stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from the owner dashboard or the Google account settings. This website’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Uploaded website images and downloadable documents are public content. The owner dashboard and enquiries require authorised sign-in.
